Yes. Each release is produced in small batches. Once a set or design sells out, it may not return.

At Americana Mahj, the difference starts with the design—and carries through to how our tiles are made. Every collection is inspired by the places, traditions, and experiences that shape American life, creating a look and feel unlike anything else in mahjong.

Our tiles are crafted by us in Wichita, Kansas, where each design is laser-etched and UV printed on premium imported cast-acrylic blanks. From the first sketch to the finished tile, every detail is thoughtfully considered—distinctly designed, unmistakably American, and made to bring everyone to the table.

Each set includes 160 tiles, four Tile Guides, dice, dedicated dice storage, and custom tile storage. The Reserve Series tile sets also include a Certificate of Authenticity and other accessories as listed in their product descriptions.

Some designs may return, but many are released once and retired. We recommend securing your set during the initial release.

Pre-orders may be adjusted or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all orders are finalized as production is allocated.

Due to the limited nature of each release, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
